'You're her drug of choice, Ianto,' Jack had said, trying to warn him.
During sex, Susan projected feelings of confidence, of contentment, of all is right with the universe. Ianto's mind picked up on these, and the feeling spread to all through his nervous system and the rest of him...and that was the drug, that was what relaxed and soothed Susan.
More than Ianto's words, more than his touch. Not that she objected to those additions to the feedback loop.
