silly_cleo Maria's POV is just excellent for this story, admonishing herself for freaking out about Sarah Jane having girlfriend instead of worrying about the world being about to end.

carawj told me "Oh, someone's written Romana/Mickey" and I was all "hee, that's a good idea" and then I got home and saw it in my inbox and was like "yes that's MY request" and hee!

It's so cute! :D Was the short version of that. :D And oh, I'm always a sucker for Romana somehow having missed the outcome of the Time War and having to be told.

Seriously, the mood of it was lovely. You get a lot of funny/cracky Ten/Romana, which I love as well but seeing what's behind that is brilliant sometimes too. Bring on the angst.

Yes exactly! And honestly, I'd like something very similar to this fic in canon, that Rose would want him to find someone else. I know a lot of fandom has issues with that beach scene in Doomsday but I love that the thing that upsets her is that he'll be by himself.

It's fun, really, cuz all of them have been so fun to read!

I did feel VERY ashamed when I remembered, yes. *hangs head* Cuz frank was awesome, yes. ;)

As far as I'm concerned, it's canon until proven otherwise that Martha met a bunch of the other companions during the YTNW, and Ace should definitely be one of them!

I know, right? I think Liz would have been so good for Tosh!

glinda_penguin: Oh, this is really, really pretty! I adore what you've done with her species, the comparisons with the Time Lords, and you've written it beautifully.

jedi_penguin: You are just made of awesome for this! There is not a single thing about it I don't love! Clyde's worries but how he loves them anyway, and Luke not understanding the problem, and Maria and Clyde both wanting Sarah too, and Sarah's reaction to it all. And now I'm actually listing the whole fic, so I'll stop, but basically, it's all brilliant!
